Address Book LDAP configuration

In order to access Penn's LDAP directory for user contact information in Apple Mail(v2) and Address book (v4) on OS 10.4, the following configuration needs to be set in Address Book's Preferences-->LDAP. If you don't already have a directory to configure, click on the (+) icon in the bottom left of the window:
- Name: Penn Online Directory
Server: directory.upenn.edu
Search Base: ou=PennPeople, dc=upenn, dc=edu
Port: 389
Use SSLS: Checked
Scope: Subtree
User Name: uid=PennKey, ou=PennPeople, dc=upenn, dc=edu
Password: PennKey password
Auth Type: Simple

AddressBook preferences
Click the "Save" button, and you'll be able to search Penn's LDAP directory for email addresses, phone number, location on campus, etc.
