Moving POP email to Microsoft Exchange 2007 email on a Windows or a Mac OS system requires several steps. Migrating POP email is by definition email client-specific, since POP email is downloaded to the local system.

Important Notes
- These instructions make the assumption that the client wishes to bring over all email currently on the local system to the ISC Exchange server.
- These instructions make the assumption that Outlook 2007, Outlook 2003, or Entourage 2004 has already been installed, updated, and configured for ISC Exchange.
