Eudora 6.2.x/7.x (Windows) to Outlook 2007

Outlook 2007 does not support direct import of Eudora mail data. You must first use Outlook Express (or Windows Mail) to import your data. Follow these instructions to import Eudora data into Outlook Express (or Windows Mail) before proceeding.

1. Launch Outlook 2007
2. Go to File-->Import and Export...
3. Select Import information from a program or file, and click Next.
4. Select Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x and click Next.
5. Ensure that Import Mail and Import Address book are both checked.
6. When your data has been imported, click on Finish

Eudora 6.2.x (Mac OS) to Entourage 2004

1. Launch Entourage 2004
2. Go to File-->Import
3. Select Import information from a program, and click the right arrow.
4. Select the Qualcomm Eudora (4.0 or higher) radio button and click the right arrow.
5. Select the information you would like to migrate in the next screen and click the right arrow.
   • NOTE: If you select Accounts, all accounts configured in Eudora will be re-created in Entourage 2004.
6. Select the copy of Eudora with which you would like data imported
   • NOTE: This is usually the one located at Macintosh HD:Applications: Eudora Application Folder:Eudora.app
7. When your data has been imported, click on Finish
